Pinot Grigio ~ Ca'Luca, Veneto (Italy) £12.00

A clean well-balanced dry white with delicate perfume and fresh appley fruit. 'Ca' Luca' retains a refined acidity matching subtle peach and pear flavours lingering
on the finish.

Rioja Blanco ~ Bodegas Azabache (Spain) £12.00

This white Rioja is made from 100% Viura,
which is fermented in new oak barrels. It is well balanced, fresh and lively with an aroma of lemons and vanilla, finishing with a creamy texture and crips acidity.

Semillon Chardonnay ~ Copperstone Creek (Australia) £12.00

Golden straw in colour, this wine displays lifted tropical and zesty lemon flavours, with hints of white peach and pineapple characters. The palate is clean, crisp and balanced by lively citrus notes and superb acidity that leads to a persistently long finish.

Sauvignon Blanc ~ 'Bonne Aventure' (France) £12.00

The relatively undiscovered region of the Vendome lies north of Tours, at the heart of the Loire Valley. Here the Sauvignon Blanc grape offers the fragrant aromatic character of a New World Sauvignon and the balance of a Sancerre. A fresh dry wine showing
expressive grassy flavours whilst retaining an excellent fresh, zingy finish.

Pinot Grigio ~ Tommasi, Veneto (Italy) £15.00

The pinot Grigio comes form cool Veneto vineyards, which produce grapes considered to be exceptionally high quality, contributing to a mouth filling wine, well balanced with peachy fruit with a gentle
lingering acidity.

Sancerre ~ Domaine Merlin-Cherrier (France) £21.00

Theirry Merlin-Cherrier's Sancerre conbines typical firm structure with an aromatic leafy, blackcurrant character and an extra richness of gooseberry and lees on a long, zesty finish.

Chablis ~ 'Vieilles Vignes', la Chablisienne £25.00

The unmistakable steely, mineral character of Chablis is derived from the chalky soils of
this northern Burgundy district. This pure rich, old vine Chardonnay has an intense apple and mineral character and balanced crisp lemony finish.

RED WINE

Rioja Tinto ~ Don Placero (Spain) £12.00

This copybook soft, seductive oak aged Rioja from the Bodegas Aldeanueva in the Rioja Baja. Don Placero is made from 60% Tempranillo grapes with 40% Garnacha, the classic native red varieties of Rioja, which exhibit sweet plum and raspberry fruit finishing with cedar and vanilla in the palate.

Merlot ~ 'Avant Garde' (France) £12.00

Very trendy (as you would expect!), designed for easy drinking. It is ripe and concentrated with blackcurrant and summer fruits reflecting the seductive warmth of the Mediterranean.

Shiraz Caberent ~ Copperstone Creek (Australia) £12.00

Vibrant plum red in colour, this wine presents aromas of lifted dark berry characters, supported by hints of chocolate and coconut flavours. The intensity and structure of the Cabernet and the spicy fruit richness of the Shiraz combine to make a wine that
is easliy enjoyable with good length.

Nero d'Avola ~ Carriddi (Italy) £15.00

One of Sicily's most quality conscious producers with vineyards planted on the volcanic soils of Northern Sicily and on the island of Salina. The red wine is a varietal 'Nero d'Avola', a native Sicilian grape, which has become very fashionable for its rich character and bold structure. There are hints of blueberry, plum and vanilla on the nose with a full-bodied spicy palate.

Backsberg (South Africa)

This blend is complex, forward with intense flavours of blackberry,cinnamon and vanilla. Although rich and appealing now, it has the classic structure and suple tannins that will reward further ageing.

Shiraz ~ Water Wheel, Bendigo (Austrlia) £21.00

A strong dark red appearance with an intense berry varietal nose with some plum characters obvious. Very lively, dominated by flavoursome Shiraz characters and enhanced by American Oak. The wine is complex, well balanced and the length on the palate is rounded by a delightful smoky finish.

ROSE WINE

Pinot Grigio 'Ramato' ~ il Barco, Veneto (Italy) £12.00

Il Barco Ramato is a delicate salmon pink rose made naturally using selected copper skinned Pinot Grigio grapes. This is a rare wine style that has become greatly sought after and very fashionable in Italy. It has the delicate perfumed aroma of peach and rose petals and soft, red fruit flavours on the palate. It is dry and well balanced, excellect to drink with fish and white meats.

CHAMPAGNE

Lenoble ~ Brut Reserve NV £29.00

A.R. Lenoble is a small family owned house run by Anne Malassagne. The backbone of this generous well-structured 'Brut Reserve' is 40% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru vineyard of 'Chouilly'. with 30% pinot Noir from the Premier Cru vineyard'Bisseuil' and 30% Pinot Meunier to add weight and complexity.
